摘要
目的：探讨评价单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎治疗措施的临床效果。方法回顾分析我院2012年7月～2014年7月收治的单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者48例并进行相应的治疗，观察分析其治疗效果。结果经进行抗病毒化学药物治疗（阿昔洛韦、更昔洛韦），显效24例（第1周症状得到改善，持续治疗2～3周后治愈），有效19例（发生轻微的人格改变4例、记忆力减退15例），无效3例，死亡2例。结论当前单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的临床诊断及时，并实施阿昔洛韦、更昔洛韦药物治疗措施后，多数患者疗效以及预后效果均较为良好，但也有少部分病情严重患者的预后情况较差，出现不同程度的并发症。
Objective To study the evaluation of the clinical effect of treatment of herpes simplex viral encephalitis.MethodsRetrospective analysis from July 2012 to July 2012 were 48 patients with herpes simplex viral encephalitis and the corresponding treatment, observation to analyze its therapeutic effect.ResultsThe arv chemical drug treatment, acyclovir, ganciclovir） respectively.there, 24 cases were markedly improved （week 1 symptoms improved, continuous treatment cured after 2 ～ 3 weeks）, effective 19 cases （4 cases were mild personality change, memory loss, 15 cases）, invalid 3 cases, 2 cases died.Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of herpes simplex viral encephalitis in a timely manner, and implementation of acyclovir, ganciclovir galloway after drug treatment, most patients curative effect and prognosis effect are relatively good, but there are a small group of seriously ill patients prognosis is poorer, appear different degree of complication.
