摘要
以中优早8号×丰锦籼粳交组合衍生的水稻重组自交系的167个株系及其亲本为材料,在正常施氮和不施氮2种处理下对其每穗总粒数、穗长、单株有效穗、结实率、千粒重和单株产量6个产量相关性状进行比较分析和相关QTL定位,结果表明,在不施氮条件下每穗总粒数、穗长、单株有效穗和单株产量可作为水稻耐低氮材料的筛选指标;在2种氮处理下共定位到11个产量相关性状QTL,表型贡献率为3.84%~22.47%,其中2个QTL在2种氮水平下同时检测到。此外,还定位到2个氮肥农学利用效率QTL,表型贡献率分别为7.54%和6.67%。
Using an F9 population of 167 recombinant inbred lines( RIL) of rice derived from the cross of Zhongyouzao 8( an indica variety) and Toyonishiki( a japonica variety) as well as its parents as the materials,the comparison and QTL mapping of six yield-related traits including spikelets per panicle( SP),panicle length( PL),effective panicles per plant( EPP),seed setting rate( SSR),1 000-grain weight( KGW) and yield per plant( YP)were conducted under two nitrogen levels of the normal N application treatment( N) and the low nitrogen treatment without any N application( N_). The results showed that SP,PL,EPP and YP could be used as the indexes for selection of low N tolerant rice materials under no N application. Under two N levels,there were 11 yield-related QTLs detected in the RIL population,explaining 3. 84% ~ 22. 47% of phenotypic variation. Among them,two QTLs were detected under both of the N levels. Besides,two QTLs for nitrogen agronomic use efficiency were detected and they explained 7. 54% and 6. 67% of phenotypic variation,respectively.
