摘要
评价耕地地力和提高耕地利用率有利于耕地差异化保护和精细化管理。在济源市采集的6 339个土样的基础上,以济源市土地利用现状图、济源市土壤图,济源市行政区划图、济源市水利志等资料作参考,运用GIS、GPS和计算机技术以及县域耕地资源管理信息系统3.0完成数据库的建立。耕地地力评价的参评因子通过特尔斐法确定了8项因子,各因子的权重和隶属度的计算分别使用层次分析法和模糊数学法。运用累积曲线分级法将济源市耕地地力分为五等。研究结果表明:济源市耕地地力一、二、三等地占的比例较大,分别为33.4%、22.5%和28.2%,占总耕地面积的84.1%,四等、五等地面积占耕地总面积的15.9%。济源市一至五等地分别相当于国家的二、三、四、六、七等地,该市耕地生产能力普遍得到较大提升。
The evaluation of arable land productivity and enhancing the utilization ratio of arable land, can provide a new thought for the hierarchical and fine management of arable land. According to 6 339 soil samples collected in Jiyuan City ,based on the land-use map, soil map, administrative division map, water conservation annals of Jiyuan, using GIS, GPS, computer technology and CLRM IS3.0 to complete the building up of database. The eight evaluation factors were confirmed with Delphi method. The weights and membership for each factors were calculated by the method of AHP and fuzzy mathematics. By using cumulative curve grading method,cultivated land fertility in Jiyuan is divided into five levels. The results show that:Jiyuan City arable land accounted for a large proportion of the grade one, grade two and grade three ,respectively ,33.4% ,22.5% and 28.2% ,84.1% of the total arable land. Grade four and grade five ac- counted for 15.9 percent of total arable land. Jiyuan City, the equivalent of one to five grades were two, three, four, six, seven grade country, the city of arable production capacity in general is greatly improved.
