摘要
火电湿冷机组日常采用真空严密性试验对机组的负压系统严密性进行评价,可以有效地评价平均负荷率大于80%的机组其负压系统泄漏率并使机组经济性得到保证,但是对于调峰运行尤其是深度调峰的机组,现有的行业标准并未对低负荷工况下机组的真空严密性评价方法做出规定。以超临界350 MW机组为例,探讨了在调峰低负荷区域时的定性评价方法以及针对上述影响因素的定量修正方法,具有实用性强、评价方法简洁的优点,对于调峰运行已经成为常态的火电湿冷机组其日常的负压系统评价工作能够起到很好的借鉴作用。
Vacuum tightness test is conducted for routine evaluation of negative-pressure system of the damp and cold thermal power units,which can effectively evaluate the negative-pressure system leakage rate of power unit with average load rate more than 80%and guarantee the economy of generating unit.But for units with peak regulation,especially in-depth peak shaving,the existing industrial standards have not stipulated the vacuum tightness evaluation method for unit under low load condition.Taking supercritical 350 MW unit as an example,this paper discusses the qualitative evaluation method,as well as the quantitative correction method for low-load peak shaving.This practical and simple evaluation method has good reference value to the routine evaluation of negative-pressure system of the damp and cold thermal power units during the regular peak regulation.
