摘要 以某机组节能诊断及优化运行试验数据为基础,从冷端系统整体出发,建立了一套完整的冷端系统节能诊断评价体系,对影响冷端系统性能的凝汽器冷却面积、凝汽器热负荷、冷却管清洁度、空气热阻、冷却水温度、冷却水流量以及凝结水泵、真空泵、循环水泵的耗电等因素进行了定性和定量分析,确定了冷端系统的最优运行方式,提出了相应的节能降耗措施,为冷端系统性能评价和设备状态监测提供了理论依据。 On the basis of the energy-saving diagnosis and optimization experimental data,starting from the overall cold-end system,a complete set of evaluation system for energy-saving diagnosis of cold-end system was established.Factors affecting the cold-end system performance were qualitatively and quantitatively studied,such as the condenser cooling area and heat load,cleanliness of the cooling tube,heat resistance of the air,cooling water temperature and flow,and power consumption of the condenser water pump,vacuum pump and circulating pump.The optimal operation mode of the cold-end system was determined.Moreover,the corresponding energy-saving measures were put forward,which provided theoretical references for performance evaluation and status monitoring for cold-end system.
