摘要
大数据、物联网、移动互联等先进信息化技术的出现,德国"工业4.0"战略及我国"两化融合"政策的实施,全面推动了工业领域的快速发展。为提升工业生产企业智能管控效率和水平,文章从业务、技术、投资、应用效果等方面综合考虑,应用二维码、4G、GIS、GPS、移动互联等先进信息化技术,设计了一款可视化、移动化、实时化、智能化、投资少的"可视化移动在线智能巡检系统",以先进技术、最少投资,促进两化深度融合及制造业快速发展。
The emergence of large data, the Internet of things, mobile Internet and other advanced information technology, Germany＂industrial strategy in China 4＂ and ＂two integration＂ policy implementation, promote the rapid development of industry field. In orderto enhance the industrial production enterprise intelligent management and control level and efficiency, this paper consider from theaspects of business, technology, investment, effect of application, the application of two-dimensional code, 4G, GIS, GPS, mobileInternet and other advanced information technology, designed a visualization, mobile, real-time, intelligent, less investment ＂visualmobile online intelligent inspection system＂, with advanced technology, the least investment, promote the two depth fusion and therapid development of manufacturing industry.
