摘要
为了缩小输电杆塔无人机自动巡检的偏差,提高巡检工作的效率,提出基于视觉识别的输电杆塔无人机自动巡检系统。在视觉识别的基础上,设计输电杆塔无人机自动巡检投影仪与输电杆塔无人机自动巡检导航器,完成系统硬件设计。分析无人机的续航能力,计算无人机最佳拍摄点坐标,根据无人机在输电杆塔巡检过程中的水平偏移坐标,完成输电杆塔无人机自动巡检路径的规划,结合输电杆塔无人机自动巡检算法,完成系统软件设计,实现输电杆塔无人机自动巡检。仿真实验结果表明,与传统的巡检系统相比,所设计输电杆塔无人机自动巡检系统的偏差缩小了68.04%。
In order to reduce the deviation of automatic inspection and improve the efficiency of inspection,an automatic inspection system based on visual recognition is proposed.On the basis of visual recognition,the automatic inspection projector and the automatic inspection navigator of the transmission tower UAV are designed to complete the hardware design of the system.The UAV’s endurance is analyzed,the best shooting point coordinates of the UAV is calculated,the route planning of the UAV’s automatic inspection is completed according to the horizontal offset coordinates of the UAV during the inspection process of the transmission tower.The system software design with the algorithm of the UAV’s automatic inspection is completed,and the automatic inspection of the UAV is realized.The simulation results show that compared with the inspection system based on image technology,the deviation of the designed automatic inspection system for transmission tower UAV is reduced by 68.04%.
