4#高炉2014年5月份以来不断尝试探索新的布料模式,并最终实现由中心加焦操作到＂平台＋漏斗＂模式的转变。分析对比炉内燃料消耗、顺行情况和中心加焦时期操作炉型的变化以及高炉抗干扰能力的改善。
Burden distribution mode of #4 BF has been studied since May,2014. Transition can be realized from central coke charging operation to the mode of terrace and hopper by analyzing and contrasting the fuel consumption,smooth operation of BF and operation profile during central coke charging and the ability to BF resistant interference.
