摘要
为摸索高炉冶炼缺陷矿的规律,寻求高炉冶炼缺陷矿对策,济钢在350高炉淘汰前进行了一系列探索实践,高磷矿冶炼就是其中试验之一。通过高炉配加高磷矿和烧结中配加高磷矿粉两种方式进行了试验,取得了一些冶炼规律,提出了试验优化的具体措施和建议。
For studying experience of bad ore smelted in bf,finding some way to do that,a series of practice was maked on 350m3BF in JiGang before the bf was close,and then high phosphor ore smelted practice is one of those.Two projects were carried out through high phosphor lump ore added into the bf and high phosphor coarse fraction ore added into sinter,acquiring some experience,some measure and advice are given to optimizing examination
