摘要
针对空心杯电机转速控制需求,选取Cortex-M4内核的TM4C132GH6PM芯片,实现了μC/OS-III实时操作系统到微控制器的移植,并采用多任务方式优化设计了转速闭环控制器软件。实验结果表明,系统响应速度快,稳定性好,具有较高的工程应用价值。
Aiming at the speed control requirements of coreless motor, the design realizes the transplant real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅲ on to microcontroller,which takes TM4C123GH6PM MCU based on Cortex-M4 as the core. And the design uses multi-tasking approach to optimize the speed closed-loop controller software. The experimental results show that the system has a quick response and good stability, which has high value for practical engineering application.
