摘要
目的探讨综合护理对急诊输液安全的影响。方法收集2013年5月至12月我院急诊输液118例患者资料,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各59例。观察组患者给予综合护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组患者的满意度、焦虑因子评分及输液质量情况。结果观察组患者总满意度、焦虑因子评分及输液质量情况均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论综合护理模式在急诊输液应用中患者满意度高,可增加输液质量,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the value of integrated care in emergency transfusion safety.Methods Col ection in May 2013 to December 118 cases in our hospital emergency transfusion patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,59 cases.Give comprehensive nursing intervention group were observed in the control group were treated with routine care.Were compared patient satisfaction,anxiety factor score and infusion quality situation.Results After the overal satisfaction,nursing,observation group patients anxiety factor scores and quality of transfusion were significantly better than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated care model in the emergency infusion applications and high patient satisfaction,increase infusion quality and high security.
