摘要
大部分医院的分诊叫号系统采取引进第三方系统与HIS简单集成的方式建设,但这种集成方式存在一定缺陷。HIS与分诊及叫号系统的集成模式有两种:一种为传统方式,另一种为HIS与分诊功能紧耦合设计然后与叫号系统集成方式。讨论了两种模式下集成工作量、数据融合度、系统方便性、叫号系统产品化程度、适用场景的不同。介绍了两种模式在医院的发展过程和应用效果。
The most hospitals built their triage and calling system through integrating the third vendor products with their HIS,but this method has some disadvantages.The paper gives two schema about integrating the HIS and the triage and calling system.One is traditional;another is expanding HIS built—in triage function and then integrating with the calling system.The paper discusses the two schema differences on integration effort,data integration degree,system usability,product independency and application of scene.And finally,introduces the two schema evolvement process and application effect in author's hospital.
