摘要
目的优化医院门诊排队叫号系统,通过改造升级,完善门诊患者排队叫号流程。方法分析门诊分诊叫号系统存在的问题,基于医院实际情况优化门诊分诊叫号系统的软硬件改造,并介绍其系统架构、主要功能模块和实施细节等内容。结果与结论门诊分诊叫号系统优化对于完善门诊流程、缩短患者就诊时间,改善患者就医体验具有积极作用。
Objective To optimize the hospital outpatient calling system to improve the outpatient queueing and calling process.Methods The problems of the hospital outpatient triage calling system were analyzed,and solved by the software and hardware transformation based on actual situation of the hospital.The system architecture,main functional modules and implementation details were introduced.Results&Conclusion The optimization of the hospital outpatient triage calling system plays a positive role in optimizing the outpatient process,shortening the treatment time of patients,and improving patients’medical experience.
