摘要
目的:研究舒咽处方药材合煎和单煎对方中主要特征指纹峰的影响。方法:采用HPLC法分析单煎及合煎样品,反相高效液相色谱法,C18柱,甲醇-乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱80 min,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长280 nm。结果:分煎合并后的指纹图谱色谱峰基本是单味药材色谱峰的叠加。合煎液的色谱峰可在单味药材中找到相应的色谱峰。结论:本处方可用免煎颗粒代替处方进行临床给药,方便快捷,适合携带。
Objective： To study the HPLC fingerprints of separate decoction and combined decoction of Shuyan Formula. Methods： Using C18 column,the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0. 05 mol / L phosphoric acid aqueous solution; gradient elution was 80 min; the flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min; the detection wavelength was 280 nm. We analyzed the samples of separate decoction and combined decoction. Results： Fingerprint chromatogram peak of the mixture of separate and combined decoctions was a sum of chromatographic peaks of single herbs. The chromatographic peak of the combined decoction can be found in the single medicinal materials corresponding chromatographic peaks. Conclusion： This prescription is available by free fried grain instead in clinical medication. It is convenient and quick and is suitable for carrying.
