摘要
目的:观察香菊胶囊配合针刺治疗中重度持续性过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:中重度持续性过敏性鼻炎患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例,对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪治疗,治疗组给予香菊胶囊配合针刺治疗。疗程4周,随访8周。观察两组疗效。结果:在改善TNSS、体征记分方面,治疗组与对照组均较前有所下降,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组近期、远期总有效率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:香菊胶囊配合针刺治疗中重度持续性过敏性鼻炎疗效明确,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiangju capsule and acupuncture on severe persistent allergic rhinitis. Methods： The patients with severe persistent allergic rhinitis 90 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in every group. The control group received treatment of Cetirizine,the treatment group received Xiangju capsule and acupuncture. 4 weeks as one treatment course,followed eight weeks. Observed efficacy and relapse rate. Results： TNSS and sign of control group and treatment group were decreased. The treatment group was better and there were significant difference（P 0. 05）. After treatment and 8 weeks later,the treatment group total efficiency were better than the control group（P 0. 05）.Conclusion： Xiangju Capsule and acupuncture is very effective for treatment of severe persistent allergic rhinitis,worthy of clinical application.
