摘要
中央军委习近平主席关于军队干部队伍和人才建设的重要论述,内涵十分丰富、思想非常深刻,涵盖了我军干部队伍和人才建设工作的方方面面。该论述科学回答了新的历史特点下我军干部队伍和人才建设的地位及作用,阐明了人才培养的目标任务、方针原则、培养模式、重要途径、人才的选拔使用,以及军事人力资源政策制度调整等一系列重要问题,形成了一个有机的思想体系。
President Xi＇s thoughts on building military cadres and talent teams have its rich and deep connotation. It covers every aspect of building the PLA cadres and talent teams and answers a series o{ important questions, such as the position and the function of building the PLA＇s cadres and talent teams under the new situation, the goals and the tasks, the guidelines and the principles, the patterns, the important ways of training talents, the selection and use of talents, and the policy, system reform and adjustment of military human resources. As a result, it forms an organic system of thought.
