空冷器管束流量分布数值模拟及导流设计 被引量:2

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE FLOW DISTRIBUTION IN AIR COOLER BUNDLE AND BAFFLE DESIGN

摘要 以空冷器管组为工程背景,取换热管规格为Ф19 mm×1.5 mm、Ф25 mm×2.5 mm和Ф32 mm×3mm,管长分别为3、6和9m为例,以空气和水为流动介质,用Fluent软件对上述9种管组进行数值分析,得到了9种管束的流量分布及压降。结果表明,管束流量分布的均匀性随管径的减小而增加,随管道加长而增加,即随着管束压降的增大而增加;介质和重力对管束流量分配均匀性的影响可忽略。对均流效果较差的管组模型在管箱入口加装几块短导流板,可提高管束流量分布的均匀性。 Nine kinds of air cooler bundle with air cooler heads as engineering background are numerically simulated with Fluent.The headers are equipped respectively with tube Ф19×1.5,Ф25×2.5,Ф32×3,and the tube lengths are 3,6,and 9meters.Flow distribution and pressure drop of each manifold are obtained with taking water and air as flow media.The results indicate that the uniformity of flow distribution increases with the reduction of tube diameter,and increases with the lengthening of tube,that is to say,it increases with the enlargement of pressure drop of tube bundle.And the difference of fluid media and gravity barely affects the flow distribution.The installation of several short baffles can improve the uniformity of the flow distribution of the bundles which have bad effect on flow equalization.
