摘要
烟气轮机是催化裂化装置的核心设备之一,其能否长周期安全运行,不仅影响装置的加工负荷和安全平稳运行,更是直接关系整个催化裂化装置的能耗水平,因此,在烟气轮机的日常操作和设备管理上,采取相应措施及方法,保证其长周期安全运行,显得尤为重要,文章介绍了中海石油中捷石化有限公司3号FCC装置烟气轮机组的主要配置形式和基本参数,以及发生的故障经过,并从工艺指标的严格控制、机组高质量的检修等方面进行总结,对烟气轮机的长周期安全运行提出了一些建议。
Flue gas turbine is one of the core equipment in catalytic cracking unit.The longterm safe operation of it can not only affect the processing load and safe and smooth operation of the unit,but also is directly related to the entire energy consumption level of catalytic cracking unit.Therefore,it is of great importance to take corresponding measures and methods in the daily operation and equipment management of flue gas turbine so as to ensure its long-term safe operation.This paper introduces the main configuration form and basic parameters of the 3 # FCC unit in CNOOC Zhongjie Petrochemicals Co.,LTD..It also introduces the process of the failure.The paper makes a summary from the aspects of strict control of process indexes and high-quality maintenance of the unit.Then it puts forward some suggestions for the long-term safe operation of flue gas turbine.
