摘要
通过氧化安定性方法考察了不同多元醇酯、羟值、温度、氧化时间、氧气和抗氧剂对新戊基多元醇酯氧化安定性的影响,结果发现:双季戊四醇酯抗氧化性能优于季戊四醇酯;异构短链酸的引入会提高新戊基多元醇酯的抗氧化性能;低羟值新戊基多元醇酯的抗氧化性能优于高羟值的;随着氧化时间延长和温度的升高季戊四醇酯的酸值和运动黏度逐渐增大;大气氛围条件下新戊基多元醇酯的抗氧化性能较氧气氛围优异;抗氧剂的加入会缓解季戊四醇酯的氧化。
The effects of different polyol ester,hydroxyl value,temperature,oxidation time,oxygen and antioxidants on the oxidation stability of neopentyl polyol esters were investigated through oxidation stability method. The result suggested that the antioxidation property of dipentaerythritol esters is better than that of pentaerythritol esters. The introduction of short- chain fatty acids could improve the antioxidation property of neopentyl polyol esters. The lower hydroxyl value,the better antioxidation property in neopentyl polyol esters.With the oxidizing time increasing and the temperature rising,the acid value and kinematic viscosity of pentaerythritol esters increased gradually. Besides,the better antioxidation property of neopentyl polyol esters in the air was observed relative to that in the oxygen. And the addition of antioxidants could weaken the oxidation of the pentaerythritol esters.
