含抗氧剂的聚α-烯烃润滑基础油金属催化氧化生色产物

摘要 通过甲醇萃取富集的方法,利用FTIR和GC/MS等手段对含抗氧剂的聚α-烯烃润滑基础油金属催化氧化生色产物分子结构组成及其相对含量变化进行了分析,并对油品生色的作用机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明,添加Cu片的油样中生成了更多的化合物,裂解更明显;萃取物中含有大量C—O,O==C—H,C==O官能团,GC/MS分析检测到8种烃类化合物,19种酮类化合物和11种胺、醇、醛、酸和酯等化合物;生色原因主要是油品氧化后产生了酮、胺、醇、醛、酸和酯等含氧、含氮的极性生色化合物所引发的。 The molecular structures and compositions of metal-catalytic oxidized colored products of poly-α-olefin(PAO) lubricant base oils containing antioxidants and changes of relative contents thereof are analyzed by means of FTIR,GC/MS and the like with a by methanol extraction and enrichment method,and the mechanism of action of coloring oil is discussed. The experimental result showed that more compounds were generated in the oil sample added with Cu piece,indicating more obvious cracking. The extract contained a large number of functional groups,i.e.,C—O,O==C—H and C==O,and 8 hydrocarbon compounds,19 ketone compounds and 11 compounds such as amines,alcohols,aldehydes,acids and esters were detected by GC/MS analysis. Coloring was mainly due to the generation of O-containing and N-containing polar chromogenic compounds such as ketones,amines,alcohols,aldehydes,acids and esters after the oxidization of the oil sample.
