基于PXI总线的机载导弹指挥仪综合检测系统研究

摘要 针对部队原有检测设备功能单一、综合化技术保障水平低等问题,本文将计算机虚拟仪器测控技术与传统测试方法相结合,并基于PXI总线平台研制了一种能够兼顾新旧两种型号导弹指挥仪的综合检测系统。系统采用PXI货架产品,实现检测所需的硬件资源,并运用LabVIEW8.0软件进行编程。研究结果表明,在应急保障条件下,火控专业人员使用该设备按600h定检工作内容,分别对新、旧两种型号的指挥仪进行自动检测,新型号指挥仪检测结果工作正常,与工作状态吻合;旧型号指挥仪检测结果工作异常,后分别采用自动和手动通道对故障进行诊断,其诊断结果均与故障部位吻合,达到设计的性能要求。该系统具有运行稳定可靠、检测准确度高、扩展性好等优点,提高了指挥仪综合检测的自动化水平,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。 To solve the performance test of the director of the new missiles, in view that the function of o- riginal testing equipments is single and the comprehensive technical support level is low, a comprehensive test system based on PXI bus platform supplied to both the old and new directors of two kinds of missiles is developed to solve the performance test problems of the new army missile directors. The system adopts PXI COST as the hardware resources needed in test, using programming Lab VIEW8.0 as the application software. Results show that the system can improve the test depth, narrows the scope of fault location, and then realizes directors" general test capability. The system greatly improves directors' automation level on comprehensive tests, which has certain practicability and popularization values because of the advanta- ges such as stable and reliable operation, accurate test and good expansibility.
