摘要
目的了解黄山市不同目标人群对妇幼保健服务知晓情况,探索妇幼保健服务模式。方法按分层整群抽样方法抽取4个乡镇和4个社区,有效调查不同人群1 599人,面对面问卷调查妇幼保健服务知晓情况并分析。结果婚检项目知晓率为60.6%,其他项目人群知晓率均不高,其中新筛和艾滋病梅毒乙肝母婴阻断项目仅为21.6%和15.9%;目标人群对近期接受过的服务知晓率相对高于其他人群;≥35岁年龄组人群知晓率低于其他年龄组人群;初中及以下文化程度人群知晓率较低;两癌筛查知晓率城区高于农村,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论黄山市各类人群妇幼保健服务知晓率总体偏低。
Objective To understand the awarenees of maternal and child health service condition of different target groups,and to explore the maternal and child health care service patterns in Huangshan city. Methods By stratified cluster sampling method to extract four towns and communities of different populations of 200 people,face to face questionnaire maternal and child health service awareness and analysis. Resuls The crowd to go for the highest average population,the new screen syphilis and AIDS hepatitis B maternal and child block project minimum; Target groups for the recent received service awareness is relatively higher than that of the population,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 001）,the awareness and the patterns,methods of medical and health institutions shall provide services,health education consciousness and the residence of the investigation object,factors such as age,culture degree and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Generally awareness levels of free maternal and child health service were low among diffecrnt groups in Huangshan city.
