摘要
目的观察金属烤瓷全冠修复早期隐裂牙保存活髓的临床疗效。方法选取本院口腔科2010年2月-2012年10月门诊治疗的142例牙隐裂患者,根据治疗意愿分为对照组和观察组,对照组（n=70例,77颗牙）采取综合措施治疗,观察组（n=72例,80颗牙）采取金属烤瓷全冠修复治疗。比较两组治疗6个月、1年及2年后的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗6个月后的治愈率（72.5%）和总有效率（93.8%）均明显高于对照组（51.9%,76.6%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗1年后的治愈率（68.8%）和总有效率（87.5%）均明显高于对照组（46.8%,67.5%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗2年后的治愈率（65.0%）和总有效率（82.5%）均明显高于对照组（42.9%,62.3%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论金属烤瓷全冠修复早期隐裂牙疗效显著,可有效保存活髓组织,改善临床症状体征,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ceramometal crown restoration of early cracked teeth vitalpulp preservation. Methods 142 patients with early cracked teeth treated in our hospital from February 2010 to October 2012 were selected,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the willingness of treatment, the control group （n=70 cases,77 teeth） were treated with comprehensive measures,and the observation group （n=72 cases,80 teeth） were treated with ceramometal crown restoration.The clinical curative effect between the two groups in the treatment of 6 months,1 year and 2 years was compared, Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the obser- vation group （72.5%,93.8%） after 6 months treatment was higher than that of the control group （51.9%,76.6%）,the dif- ference was significant （P〈0.05）.The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group （68.8%,87.5%） was high- er than that of the control group （46.8%,67.5%）,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group （65.0%,82.5%） was higher than that of the control group （42.9%,62.3%）,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, Conclusion The treatment of ceramometal crown restoration for the early cracked teeth has an ob- vious curative effect,can effectively save the vital pulp tissue,improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and it is worthy of clinical application.
