摘要
农村寄宿制学校是符合我国国情的学校形态。我国寄宿制学校整体上正从硬件投入建设转向实质性的办学运行阶段。当前农村寄宿制学校办学中的问题总体上属于内涵式发展转型中的问题。农村寄宿制学校在推进教育公平与均衡发展、实施素质教育、建设现代学校制度、建设新型家校关系、优化教育资源配置、促进教师专业发展等诸多方面体现新的内涵与要求,寄宿制学校的价值与功能需要予以重新发掘与定位。
Rural boarding school is a school formation according with China's actual conditions. Chinese boarding school is undergoing the transformation from hardware investment construction to substantial school running. And the problems of boarding school are basically attributed to the connotation-oriented development.Boarding school reflects new connotation and demands in promoting fair education and balanced development,implementing quality education,establishing modern school system,constructing new relations between home and school,optimizing the allocation of education resources,and enhancing teacher ' s professional development. The values and functions of boarding school should be explored and located newly.
