摘要
目的了解某医院放射工作人员职业健康现状,为放射防护管理提供参考依据。方法对150名放射工作人员和63名不接触射线与毒物、无传染性疾病的非放射工作人员,按照原卫生部《放射工作人员职业健康管理办法》的要求和方法进行职业健康检查。使用SPSS19.0,采用频数分布、χ2检验进行数据统计分析,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结果未发现眼晶体密度增高、晶体混浊和外周血淋巴细胞微核率异常情况。血常规异常中白细胞减少5人,检出率为3.33%,血红蛋白减少4人,检出率为2.67%。腹部B超、血压、心电图、X线胸片、血常规、肝功能、肾功能和尿常规异常率分别为46.67%、9.33%、8.00%、1.33%、28.67%、23.3%、30.00%、16.00%,与对照组各项指标差异无显著性(P>0.05)。职业禁忌建议调离率为0。结论此次检查未发现与接触放射损害有关的疾病,放射工作人员的防护措施是安全有效的,但应加强对常见病和慢性病的防治。
Objectives To study the current health status of radiation workers of a hospital. and provide reference for the management of radiation protection. Methods 150 radiation workers and 63 non-radiation workers as controlled group in a hospital were selected in this study. and conducted occupational health physical examination on them according to the requirements and methods in the ＂The Regulation on Radiation Workers Health Management＂ announced by the Ministry of Health. Frequency distribution and χ^2 test was used for data analysis with the application of SPSS19.0. and P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The increasing crystal density. lens opacity. and the aberration of peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate were not detected. There were 5 cases of leucopenia with the detection rate of 3.33%. 4 cases of decreased hemoglobin with the detection rate of 2.67%. The incidence of abnormal findings by B-type Ultrasound test,blood pressure examination. ECG. chest radiography. peripheral hemogram. liver function test. renal function test and routine urinalysis were respectively 46.67%.9.33%.8.00%.1.33%. 28.67%.23.3%.30.00% and 16.00%. There was no statistically significant difference compared with those in the controlled group（P〉0.05）.There was no one recommended to transfer to another job for occupational contraindication. Conclusions There were no radiation related diseases found through the inspection of this time. the radiation protection in hospital was effective. But it is important and necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of common diseases and chronic diseases.
