摘要
适当的角质层含水量是维持皮肤基本结构和功能活动的首要条件。利用皮肤角质层的电生理特性,间接测量角质层含水量的方法简便易行,已广泛运用于皮肤及化妆品领域的相关研究。本文对目前的研究进行总结,讨论不同仪器测量的异同,分析影响测量的因素,介绍角质层含水量测量的应用及与其他皮肤生理参数的关系。
Appropriate stratum corneum hydration has important implications in maintaining the conformation and func- tion of the skin. The easy method, based on the electrical properties of the skin, has been widely used in dermatology and cosmetic field. This paper is aimed to review the current research, discuss the similarities and differences between the instruments, analyze the effect factors, describe the applications of the method, and introduce the connections with other skin physiological parameters.
