视黄醇结合蛋白4、超敏C反应蛋白水平与糖尿病足的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)与糖尿病足(DF)的关系。方法:选取单纯2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者51例(DM组),T2DM合并DF患者72例(DF组),门诊健康体检者35例(对照组),收集基本临床资料,检测RBP4、hsCRP、FBG、HbA1c、UA、Cr、HOMA-IR、WBC等指标,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:DF组的HbA1c、UA、Cr、HOMA-IR、WBC、血清RBP4和hsCRP水平均高于DM组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DF组相关性分析示UA、Cr、年龄、BMI、HOMA-IR、WBC、hsCRP与血清RBP4呈正相关。Logistic回归分析结果表明hsCRP(r=0.453,P<0.01)、HbA1c(r=0.551,P<0.01)、RBP4(r=0.362,P<0.01)是DF发生的独立相关因素。结论:血清RBP4、hsCRP与DF的发生发展有一定联系,是DF的危险因素。 Objective:To investigate serum retinol binding protein 4(RBP4)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP)levels in patients of diabetic foot(DF).Methods:Serum sample were taken from 72 patients with DF,51 patients with T2 DM and 35 normal controls.The basic clinical information were collected.RBP4,hsCRP and biochemical indicators were determined in all subjects.Results:The level of HbA1 c,UA,Cr,HOMA-IR,WBC,serum RBP4 and hsCRP in DF group were significantly higher than those in DM group and the control group(P〈0.05).UA,Cr,age,BMI,HOMA-IR,WBC,hsCRP were significantly correlated with serum RBP4.The Logistic regression analysis showed that the hsCRP(r=0.453,P〈0.01),HbA1c(r=0.551,P〈0.01),RBP4(r=0.362,P〈0.01)is the independence related factors in patients of DF.Conclusion:Patients of DF have high levels of serum RBP4 and hsCRP,which may be involved in the development of DF.
