摘要
采用薄板冲压焊接结构作为客车车身的设计方案,根据客车受力特点设计了骨架的拓扑结构,对骨架的接头进行精心的设计以提高整个骨架的刚度及强度。最后利用有限元仿真分析对设计方案进行了评估。
A sheet metal by stamping and welding was used to make the bus body-frame, and the topological structure of the skeleton frame was designed according to the force characteristics of the bus.The joints of the frame were designed well in order to enhance the skeleton stiffness and strength. Finally, finite-element simulation was used to assess the design.
