摘要
对AP1000常规岛主机设备在制造过程中出现的质量问题进行总结分析,提出出现问题的几大类原因,逐一进行剖析并列举了典型案例,做了经验反馈。最后提出应对设备形成全环节进行质量控制的观点,对设备制造、监造单位有一定的参考意义。
This paper summarizes and analyzes quality issues during manufacturing process of CI main equipment of AP1000. Cause of the issues are proposed and analysed,typic cases of each are introduced,experience feedback is made. The opinion of quality control through out whole process of equipment manufacturing has a significance for reference.
