摘要
当前在职教育硕士研究生培养在课程学习质量、激发学习主动性、培养独立学习习惯等方面存在不足。自我导向学习模式具有自主性、独立性、责任感、学习愿望等特征,比较适合在职教育硕士研究生自我学习特点。可通过教学过程中渗透自我导向学习思想、了解自我导向学习程序、为自我导向学习创造支持条件和环境、培养自我导向学习能力、提高学习积极性等途径,鼓励和引导在职教育硕士研究生开展有效的自我导向学习。
The present cultivating mode of the in-service postgraduate students for Master of Education still lacks the quality assurance, the stimulation of learning initiatives and the cultivation of independent learning habits. While the mode of Self-directed Learning shares the characteristics for adult learning, autonomy, inde-pendence, sense of responsibility and readiness to learn, which can be used to develop the in-service postgradu- ate students; the ability of self-learning control and to enhance the ability to analyze and solve the practical problems of teaching. By means of infiltrating the idea of Self-directed Learning in the process of teaching; understanding and formulating the procedures of Self-directed Learning; creating supportive conditions and environment for Self-directed Learning; developing the ability of Self-directed Learning and enhancing the learning initiatives, the in-service postgraduate students for Master of Education would be encouraged and guided to carry out the mode of Self-directed Learning effectively.
