摘要
以镉离子(Cd^(2+))为印迹离子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用沉淀聚合法在乙腈溶液中制备了针对Cd^(2+)的纳米级离子印迹聚合物微球。对沉淀聚合中镉离子与功能单体、交联剂、引发剂用量的比例关系等因素进行探索,通过正交设计实验得到制备单分散性微球的优化工艺;吸附动力学实验研究表明,离子印迹聚合物微球与空白聚合物微球相比,对目标离子具有更大的吸附容量和更快的吸附速率。
Ion imprinted polymer(IIP)microspheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization with Cd^2+ as ionic temptate,acrylamide(AM) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as the erosslinker and 2,2′- azobis-isobutyronitrile(AIBN)as the initiator in acetonitrile solution. The effects such as the amounts of Cd^2+, functional monomer,cross-linker and initiator were examined and the best crafts to prepare monodisperse microspheres were found through orthogonal-designed experiments. The results of adsorption dynamics experiments showed that the IIP microspheres had bigger adsorption capacity and faster adsorption rate to the template ions in comparison with the blank microspheres.
