摘要
积极心理品质包含个体思想、情感和行为等一系列心理行为,如爱心、乐观、挑战、奉献等方面。近年来,国家在政策法规方面鼓励男性进入幼儿教育行业,越来越多男生选择学前教育专业,但很多的学前教育专业男生存在专业认同困惑、职业认同感低、自我内驱力低等心理方面的问题。要帮助学前教育专业男生树立正确的价值观,进行职业生涯的规划,增加其自信心和自豪感;加强职业技能培养,增强其使命感与责任感,寻找适合学前教育专业男生的培养方式。
Positive psychological quality includes the sum of a series of psychological behaviors including individual thought, e- motion and behavior, such as love, optimism, challenge, devotion etc. In recent years, our country announces policies and regula- tions to encourage males to enter preschool education industry, resulting in more and more male students majoring in preschool education, but many male students majoring in preschool educa- tion have some psychological problems, such as professional i- dentity confusion, occupation identity, self-drive and so on. The aim of this paper is to help male students majoring in preschooi education establish correct values, carry out career planning, in- crease their self-confidence and pride, strengthen occupation skill training, enhance their sense of mission and responsibility, and seek training methods suitable for male students majoring in preschool education.
