摘要
排种器的清种过程决定铲式玉米精密播种机的排种质量,为研究铲式玉米精密播种机排种器的清种过程,建立铲式玉米精密播种机排种器的离散元法分析模型和持种空间与分种勺结构关系式。利用EDEM软件仿真分析排种器在不同转速和垂直倾角情况下对排种器清种角和重播率的影响。得到排种器工作转速和垂直倾角配合的最佳参数,并将仿真结果与试验结果进行比较,两者的数值与变化趋势基本一致,由此证明了应用EDEM分析排种器的正确性和可行性。
The cleaning process determines the seeding quality of the shoveltype precision planter. To research cleaning process for Corn Seed Metering Device, the discrete analysis model of Metering Device the relation between space and one scoop of structure are estab lished. The influence of Metering Device on angle and replay rate under the condition of dif ferent speed and vertical angle is simulated and analyzed using EDEM. Comparing the test results with the simulation result, the opital parameters of the rotation speed and the vertical angle are obtained. The numerical value and variation of the two parameters are correspond ing consistent, and the correctness and feasibility of application of EDEM is proved.
