摘要
研究玉米排种器设计优化控制问题,传统的方法排种速度慢。为研究优化排种器的工作性能,采用MFC编程技术,构建排种器的离散元模型。采用组合圆弧的方法构建不同品种玉米种子的离散元模型,通过AutoCAD二次开发,在玉米种子之间以及玉米种子与排种器之间施加合理的力学模型,进行玉米精密排种器工作过程的离散元仿真分析。仿真结果可知,随着排种轮角速度ω的增加,清种起始角与结束角都增加,随着勺柄轴线倾角α的增加,清种起始角与结束角都减小。
To research the performance of metering device, by MFC programming technology, we constructed a discrete element model of metering device on the basis of AutoCAD developed. Through the combination of arc model- ing, a geometric model of the different core seed was built. By imposing a reasonable mechanical model between the corn seed and corn seed and metering device, the work process of corn precision metering device was simulated. The results analysis of simulation show that with the increasing of plate velocity ω, both clearing beginning and ending an- gles can be widened; and with the widening of handle drive axis angle α, both of them can be reduced.
