摘要
目的:比较超微针刀扇形斜刺法结合拔罐与常规针刺疗法结合拔罐疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组在软组织损伤相关理论的指导下选取痛性结节点行超微针刀结合拔罐治疗,1次/d,16 d为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程;对照组穴取肾俞、大肠俞、阿是穴、承山等穴行针刺结合拔罐治疗,1次/d,16 d为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程。参照疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、ODI评分(Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表),对两组治疗前后进行观察,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组VAS疼痛评分、ODI评分较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(均P<0.01);总有效率治疗组为86.6%,对照组为66.6%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:超微针刀扇形斜刺法结合拔罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可有效缓解疼痛,改善患者功能障碍,简单易行,疗效突出,临床疗效优于常规针刺结合拔罐疗法。
Objective: To compare the clinical effects difference in the super-micro needle knife fan oblique therapy be- tween conventional acupuncture therapy combing cupping method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: The 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients, randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each. The treatment group, undering the guidance of theory of soft tissue injuries, choose the pain point on which using the super- micro needle knife combing cupping method. One time per day, 16days is a course of treatment. The treatment group is treated 4 courses. Referring to Visual Analogue Scale,VAS and ODI score (Oswestry disability index questionnaire). Observation on the two group through the treatment process, comparing the clinical effect. Results: VAS and ODI score of the two group are improved apparently after the treatment (P〈0.01,P〈0.01), and the treatment group is better than the control group (all P〈 0.01); total effective rate in the treatment group is 86.6%, the control group is 66.6%. Conclusion: it, super-micro needle knife fan oblique therapy combing cupping method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, can effectively alleviate pain and improve dysfunction. And then it treats simply and feasibly. The effect is outstanding. The clinical curative effect is supe- rior to conventional acupuncture therapy combing cupping method.
