火焰筒头部积碳对燃油雾化特性影响的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对火焰筒头部文氏管表面分别为无积碳和带有2mm均匀积碳、3mm左右不均匀积碳的试验件,运用相位多普勒粒子分析仪(PDPA)进行不同油气比状态的下游燃油雾化场的试验研究,得到了不同积碳形式对头部雾化场的影响。试验结果表明:在相同油气比状态下,头部带有不均匀积碳时,其下游流场的索太尔平均直径(D32)明显大于头部无积碳和带有均匀积碳的形式的;相对于无积碳和存在2mm均匀积碳状态,不规则积碳状态下的雾化装置下游燃油粒子数的密度沿周向分布更加不均匀;当头部带有均匀积碳和不规则积碳时,燃油雾化场的喷雾锥角增大。 Aiming at experiments with non-coking, 2 mm uniform coking and 3 mm non-uniform coking forms on the Venturi surface of the liner dome, the experimental investigation of fuel spray field at different fuel gas ratio was conducted by PDPA. The effect of different coking forms of the fuel spray field were obtained. The experimental results show that the D32 downstream of liner dome with non-uniform coking is greater than that with non-coking and uniform coking forms on the same fuel gas ratio. The circular distribution of fuel particle number density for the spray downstream with non-uniform coking is more non-uniform than that of non-coking and 2 mm uniform coking forms. The cone angle of spray was increased in the fuel spray field in combination with the uniform and non-uniform coking of the liner dome.
