摘要
针对我国目前军品软件研制成本的估算情况,结合我国国防工业的特点,分析了传统的软件研制成本估算方法,并提出了基于True S模型的估算新方法,通过运用案例对软件研制成本进行估算、分析,结果表明,True S估算模型对军品软件成本估算能够起到积极的作用。
