分析了ＭＩＳ开发费用的组成和软件价格的基本评估原则，介绍了国外软件价格的成本估算，探讨了我国软件系统开发成本估算方法。
This paper analyses the composition of Management Information System (MIS) development cost and the basic evaluation of MIS software price,introduces the cost evaluation method of foreign software,and discusses the software development cost evaluation method of MIS development in China.
