摘要
在分析安徽省池州市生态资源开发和生物多样性保护的基础上,结合国家皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区和长江经济带建设与发展态势,研究池州市生态环境保护面临的新形势,提出适合皖江区域池州市生态补偿的五大基本策略:即投入式生态补偿、救助式生态补偿、问责式生态补偿、消费式生态补偿和奖励式生态补偿。
Based on the analysis of Chizhou ecological resources development and the biodiversity protection,in view of construction and development trend of national Wanjiang city belt undertaking industrial transfer and Yangtze river economic belt,this paper studies chizhou＇s new situation of ecological environment protection,and puts forward to five basic strategies of chizhou ecological compensation： the input type ecological compensation,relief type ecological compensation,accountability type ecological compensation,consumption type ecological compensation and reward type ecological compensation.
