摘要
目的:了解97、98年龄段中国青少年足球运动员骨龄生长发育现状,为青少年足球运动员骨龄检测的相关举措提供依据。方法:整群抽取97、98年龄段1086名中国青少年足球运动员的骨龄检测结果,采用数理统计学方法对检测结果进行分析、讨论。结果:出生所处不同地理环境、区域的青少年球员骨龄结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),成长所处不同地理环境、区域的青少年球员骨龄检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生所处不同经济分区的青少年球员骨龄检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);成长所处不同经济分区的青少年球员骨龄检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用全国统一骨龄检测标准,不利于我国青少年足球运动员的培养,应适时地对全国骨龄检测模式进行调整,提高检测的准确性。
The paper aims to know skeletal development of Chinese teenage football players born in 1997 and 1998 to provide a reference for related measures to detect skeletal development of teenage football players by taking a cluster sampling of test results of the skeletal development of 1086 Chinese teenage football players born in 1997 and 1998 with the method of mathematical statistics. Results show that teenage football players of different geographical environment or regions of birth demonstrate no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ） in skeletal development. While that of growth displays statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） in skeletal development. Birth and growth in different economic zones is statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） in difference of testing results of skeletal development of teenage football players. The paper concludes that it is not conducive to the cultivation of teenage football athletes in China by adopting unified national testing standard of skeletal age and that we should timely ad- just the bone age detection mode to improve the accuracy of detection.
