摘要
以发展运动员竞技能力的需要为选材目标,运用多学科多变量的研究方法构建优秀青年男子足球运动员的选材指标体系。结果显示:最佳组合的指标体系是灵敏性、30m冲刺、任务定向、1对1预见性。
Taking the development of Player's competitive ability as the objective of talent identification,this paper constructed index system of talent identification of elite junior male soccer player through using the method of multi-discipline and variable.The result showed that optimal combination of index system was agility,30 m sprint running,task orientation and one to one anticipation.
