摘要
深入分析了WAP9型减速器产品在装配过程中因键槽对称度超差而出现的质量问题,针对传统测量方法的不足,提出了采用三坐标测量技术评价轴类零件键槽对称度的策略和测量方法,解决了生产中的实际问题。
The quality problem of WAP9 speed reducer caused by keyslot symmetry out-of-tolerance during assembly proeess was analyzed, In order to avoid the deficieuey of conventional measuring method, the three-coordinates measuring technique was used to as- sess the symmetry of shaft kevslot and the practical problem in production was solve.
