可测量对称度的万能角度尺的设计

摘要 在进行样板镶配的钳加工时,通常采用杠杆百分表测量工件表面的对称度。对此,设计了可测量对称度的万能角度尺,在基尺面上标注刻度线,利用刻度线测量有对称度要求的角度面与同一个基准间的距离误差,两次测量距离越接近,表示对称度越高。采用所设计的万能角度尺,操作流程简单,操作难度低,测量方法有创新,可以避免量具损坏,节省测量时间,提高测量效率和正确率。 When performing bench work for template insert, a lever dial indicator is usually used to measure the symmetry of the workpiece surface.In this regard, a universal angle ruler that can measure the degree of symmetry was designed.The scale line is marked on the base ruler surface, and the scale line is used to measure the distance error between the angle surface with symmetry requirement and the same reference, if the two measured distances are getting closer, it indicates a higher degree of symmetry.When using the designed universal angle ruler, the operation process is simple, the operation difficulty is low, and the measuring method is innovative, which can avoid the damage of the measuring tool, save the measuring time, and improve the measuring efficiency and accuracy.
