摘要
目的:探讨对后循环缺血性眩晕患者的有效策略。方法:选择后循环缺血眩晕患者80例,均符合本次研究的纳入标准。在患者后循环缺血症状常规药物、手术、血管内治疗以外,积极针对患者心理、饮食、安全指导、用药的各方面的针对性的优质护理。结果:对患者常规治疗的同时,针对性的对患者心理护理、用药护理、安全指导和健康教育,饮食指导和功能锻炼指导,患者后循环缺血眩晕痊愈19例(23.8%),显著进步29例(36.3%),好转32例(40%)。结论:针对患者心理、饮食、用药、功能锻炼、健康指导等方面进行优质护理,对后循环缺血患者的康复有积极意义,临床值得推广。
Objective To explore the effective strategies for patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods Select 80 cases of patients with Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo,accord with the study inclusion criteria.Circulation in patients after treatment of ischemic symptoms,routine drug operation,endovascular outside,actively address the quality of nursing care of patients with various aspects of psychological,diet,medication safety guide.Results Conventional therapy for patients at the same time,for the patients psychological nursing,medication nursing,safety guidance and health education,dietary guidance and instruction for functional exercise in patients with Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo,19 cases were cured（23.8%）,significant progress in 29 cases（36.3%）,improved in 32 cases（40%）.Conclusion The quality of nursing care of patients psychological,diet,medication,exercise functional and health guidance,have a positive significance for the rehabilitation of patients with posterior circulation ischemia,clinical worth promoting.
