摘要
目的:探讨针刺联合中医辨证治疗脑外伤综合征的临床疗效。方法:随机选择在笔者所在医院确诊为脑外伤综合征的68例患者,分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组,各34例。常规治疗组给予脑外伤综合征的常规疗法治疗,联合治疗组给予针刺与中医辨证联合治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:常规治疗组总有效26例,总有效率为76.5%;联合治疗组总有效32例,总有效率为94.1%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(字2=4.22,P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合中医辨证治疗脑外伤综合征临床疗效佳,可以在临床参考使用。
Objective： To explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with TCM in treatment of brain injury dyndrome.Methods： The author randomly selected 68 patients in our hospital diagnosed as traumatic brain injury syndrome, and divided into two groups.The conventional treatment group was given routine treatment, the experimental group was given acupuncture and TCM.Compared two groups＇curative effect.Results： Total effective rate of the experimental treatment group was 94.1%, higher than that of the conventional treatment group, there was significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with TCM in treatment of brain injury dyndrome has good clinical curative effect.
