摘要
目的分析济南市不同医疗机构中医学检验人员身心健康状况。方法以2011年3月至2013年10月济南市各级综合性医院、血站、疾病预防控制中心350名医学检验人员研究对象,采用基本情况调查表、症状自评量表组成的问卷进行调查。结果共计发放350份调查问卷,收回有效问卷340份,有效率为97.12%,具有较高的可信度。分析数据显示济南市医学检验人员的心理健康状况优于全国常模;在性别方面,女性心理状况比较差,焦虑、恐怖、偏执评分分别为（1.23±0.33）、（1.18±0.31）、（1.23±0.32）分,均明显高于男性（1.19±0.24）、（1.09±0.15）、（1.14±0.21）分（P〈0.05）;在年龄方面,26-34岁医学检验人员的心理状况良好,焦虑、抑郁、敌对性、恐怖、偏执等评分均低于其他年龄段。结论济南市医学检验人员心理状况较好,且能够自我调节,减少负面情绪。
Objective To analyze the physical and mental health status of clinical laboratorians in Jinan city. MethodsA total of 350 clinical laboratorians were enrolled in this study in several medical institutions in Jinan city,March,2011-October,2013,including comprehensive hospitals,blood banks,and CDCs.All cases were required to complete the basic situation questionnaire and the symptom self-checklist questionnaire analysis. Results Of the 350 questionnaires that were handed out,340 copies were retrieved,and the efficiency was 97.12%,which guaranteed a higher credibility.The data showed that the mental health status of the clinical laboratorians in Jinan city was better than that of the mean level in China.Psychological status of female was relatively worse than that of male.Anxiety,terror,paranoia scores were respectively（1.23±0.33）,（1.18±0.31）,（1.23±0.32）,significantly higher than men（1.19±0.24）,（1.09±0.15）,（1.14±0.21）,with statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）.The psychological status of age 26-34 medical laboratories was good,and the scores of them were lower than that of other ages,including anxiety,depression,hostility,terror and paranoid. Conclusion The psychological status of clinical laboratorian is better.The clinical laboratorian can do self-regulation,and reduce negative emotions.
