摘要 目的:体外评价三种漂白方法对釉质钙含量及表面微结构的影响。方法:将72颗人离体前磨牙牙冠从中间分为颊舌两部分,随机取其中一部分为实验侧,另一部分空白对照,30颗用于内着色模型的研究;42颗用于漂白实验,实验侧分别给予A组15%过氧化脲(CP)、B组15%CP与30%HP联合漂白、C组30%过氧化氢(HP),采用扫描电镜,原子吸收光谱仪观察和测量标本。结果:各组漂白后釉质中钙含量明显减少(P<0.001),且A组与B、C组相比釉质脱钙最重(P<0.01),B、C无明显统计学差异。结论:联合漂白因疗程短且釉质脱钙轻,值得临床推广。 Objective: To observe the influence of 3 common vital bleaching methods on the enamel surface and the content of calcium in enamel. Methods:The coronal part of extracted premolars was cut in half mesiodistally, with either the buccal or lingual half bleached with 15% carbamide peroxide(CP; CH6N2O3), a mixture of 15%CP and 30% hydrogen peroxide(HP; H2O2), 30% HP, respectively. Specimens were observed and measured with Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)and Atomic Absorption Spectrometer(AAS). Results: The reduction of calcium content in the enamel was significant after bleaching(P〈0.001), and the group treated with 15% CP showed the highes calcium reduction(P〈0.01).Conclusion: The combined bleaching method is worthy of clinical promotion, due to shorter course of treatment and minor enamel decalcification.
