摘要
结合我院合训专业计算机课程教学情况和学员的实际状况,本着"立足需求,着眼应用"的原则,提出了"任务驱动、小组教学、合作学习"的新型教学模式。该模式坚持"以学员为主体,以教员为主导"的教学理念,以贴近学习、生活或岗位工作实际的"任务"为牵引,通过小组为单位合作学习,将教员课内讲解与学员课外自主学习、合作学习有机结合。通过合理设计教学任务、科学划分学习小组、精心组织教学实施等方面来实践教学模式。
Combining the reality of computer course teaching and the actual situation of our college concentrating-training cadets, following the principle of＂based on demand, focus on the application＂, the paper put forward the new teaching mode of＂task driven, group teaching, cooperative learning＂. This pattern persisted to the teaching philosophy of＂the students as the main body, the teachers as the leading factor＂, for traction to study, live or work practice of＂task＂, through the unit of group cooperative learning, the organic combination of the teacher explanation in class and the student autonomous learning, cooperative learning outside class. Finally, the paper practiced teaching mode through the rational design of the teaching task, the scientiifc division of the study group, organizing teaching. The model can meet the requirements of the students knowledge and ability, effectively improve the quality of basic computer teaching.
