摘要
目的探索市级艾滋病实验室网络建设和管理考核模式。方法对石家庄市各类艾滋病检测实验室建设及历年考核、考评资料进行汇总分析。结果石家庄市已建立130个艾滋病检测实验室;通过每年的实验室人员培训,实验室血清学考评和现场督导考核,石家庄市大部分艾滋病实验室检测能力良好,运行稳定。结论石家庄市艾滋病实验室网络覆盖广,管理考核措施健全,但少数县级及以下艾滋病实验室在人员培训、实验设备、生物安全意识上仍存在一定问题。
Objective To explore the pattern of network construction and management evaluation of HIV laboratory at the municipal level. Methods The data about network construction and management evaluation of all kinds of HIV screening laboratories in Shijiazhuang City from 1998 to 2013 were collected and assessed. Results There were 130 HIV screening laboratories in Shijiazhuang City. Most of the HIV laboratories obtained significant improvement in the detection capability and quality control through training for laboratory technicians,serological test,supervision and evaluation on the spot every year. Conclusions Though some problems still exist in personnel training,laboratory equipments,and the laboratory biosafety in few county-level and below laboratories,the coverage of network of HIV laboratories in Shijiazhuang is under well development and management and assessment measures are effective.
