摘要
本文介绍了增城出入境检验检疫局(以下简称增城局)HIV筛查实验室质量管理现状,分析基层检验检疫局HIV筛查实验室在实际工作中存在的问题,查找管理工作中存在的不足,探讨解决问题的方法,总结在基层实验室工作的经验,为其他基层HIV筛查实验室提供一些借鉴,并就口岸HIV筛查实验室的发展提出看法。
This paper introduces the current condition of quality management for HIV screening laboratory in Zengcheng inspection and quarantine bureau, analyzes the questions in practicing and the deficiencies in management in HIV screening laboratory of inspection and quarantine bureau, and approaches to work out a solution for improving the quality management. This paper is a summary of the experience in lab work . It provides some refer- ences for other HIV screening laboratories on primary level, at the same time, introduces some opinions for the de- velopment of HIV screening laboratories on the port.
